Many thanks for referring us to Tom.  He has been absolutely wonderful, and definitely goes beyond to call of duty. Right from the day we first met Tom he has been nothing but professional and helpful. He started off by sitting us down and explaining everything, and he was never too busy to answer any of our many questions!
He explained all the possible problems and certainly didn't try and gloss over any potential pitfalls. When we four our “home” he gave us plenty of time to look around and ask question. He kept in touch with us all throughout the sale and afterwards as well. Any time we needed to ask a question he was straight back with the answer, either by phone or e-mail. Even now several weeks on, he is still in touch, checking up on things for us!
I only wish UK Estate Agents were as good ! !
